The Health Policy Wonk is just an alias for Daniel Dougan, and a rather un-sexy alias at that.

Daniel is a technical support and training specialist for Luther Consulting, LLC (not affiliated with this blog) and earned a master’s degree in health administration from  the Indiana University Fairbanks School of Public Health. He also is a 2002 graduate of Butler University with dual degrees in public and corporate communication and biological sciences.

Daniel has spent years studying health policy in both graduate school and in work life, including five years of experience in various aspects of the revenue cycle and health insurance business.
